Description of the current state of affairs
The condominium subject to intervention consists of 17 real estate units, of which 14 residential and 3 commercial, distributed over three floors above ground and a basement. The building had a typical envelope of the years of construction, characterized by plastered brick walls, pitched roofing and obsolete windows, with a strong heat dispersion and outdated autonomous systems.
Redevelopment interventions
MIR Solution has developed an integrated energy redevelopment project, with interventions aimed at reducing consumption and improving living comfort:
- external insulation of the perimeter walls
- renovation of the roof and insulation of the first floor
- Replacement of windows and doors with high-performance models
- replacement of wall-mounted boilers and construction of a new condominium heating plant
- installation of a photovoltaic system
Thanks to these interventions, the building has achieved a significant improvement, going from energy class F to class A1, with concrete benefits in terms of efficiency, sustainability and quality of life for residents.
